The MHO has been playing for weddings for many years. Nothing is more impressive for a wedding than a Big Band. The cost is about the same as a smaller group (really!), but the impression is, of course, much more extravagant!

Swing, it seems, has always been the common denominator between the young and old. But it seems to be even more true these days with the recent "Swing" revival.

The MHO specializes in the Swing Era, but they also play music from the 50's, 60's, 70's, etc. They also play Latin's, polkas, waltzes, almost anything that you might want.

Consider the impressive appearance of a Big Band at a wedding reception, not to mention the great sound. The overall effect is so much better than that of a smaller group.

The band's leader, Mike Henebry, is also able to do the emcee work, such as announcing the various dances, first dance, etc., and introducing the key guests. In many ways this is more convenient than bringing in a separate sound system, since the system will already be in place for the band.

It is also possible for continuous music to be played (during breaks) through the band's sound system. So, there's no need to hire an additional DJ. Mike's CJ collection is enormous, and he also has DJ experience (both as a mobile DJ for hire and on the radio).
